At Silveroze, we understand that online shopping can sometimes bring surprises or items that might not match your expectations. Finalizing a purchase of items on sale implies a no-exchange, no-refund, and no-credit policy. We ask our patrons to deliberate on their choices before making such purchases.
Regarding full-priced items, whether purchased online or in-store, refunds are unavailable. Instead, we extend the option of exchange or store credit, with exceptions for specific items such as Jewellery, hats, and gift vouchers. Should you wish to seek a store credit for online purchases, kindly apply for a return authorization number within 48 Hours from receiving your order (with credits valid for 5 working days from the issuance date). Please note, Silveroze reserves the right to decline returns if the items are not returned in their original purchased condition, and may deduct the original postage cost for returned items.
In the event of receiving a faulty item, we urge customers to promptly email us with a photo illustrating the perceived manufacturing fault within 5 working days delivery to request a return authorization (RA). To initiate your return, contact info@silveroze.com with your query and obtain your RA prior to sending the item back to us.
Returned items must retain their original condition, inclusive of ALL labels and tags, and should not have been worn.
Customers bear the responsibility and cost for return shipping, which is non-refundable.
All returns must be directed to the address specified on the packing slip.
Though we meticulously inspect items for damage before dispatch, if an item is received in a damaged or faulty condition, please reach out to us within 5 working days of receipt, ensuring swift resolution by providing a suitable replacement or repair.
